Gypsy Nights series – 2nd event on Jan 25, 2014
Last month Roma Gry began its “Gypsy evenings” series of concerts with a show at a cozy café. Musicians picked up pace as our dancers twirled their colourful, hooped skirts across the stage. The audience was involved from the beginning, clapping and dancing along with the performers.
For our second show we invite you back to a different venue and a more tranquil, calm experience. Join our troupe by a gypsy fire and listen to lyrical, soulful melodies. The evening will be perfectly suited for those who enjoy harmonious sounds and appreciate masterful guitar romances. The live dances will be slow and sultry. The show will also have a narrative – a day in the life of a gypsy – beginning with marketplace, night by the campfire, morning and back on the road. Lift your mood by taking a break from bleak January and join us!
